I've been going there for years and I've always been more or less happy. But this time I was met by a receptionist lady with long wavy red hair and glasses that I had never seen before and she served me in an exaggeratedly dry and haughty manner. I hope the clinic realizes the bad image this represents for them and acts accordingly.

Always very well attended both at reception and during consultation with the professionals, they even helped me by phone or email when I needed it. The only "bad" thing is that I've always had to wait a long time in the waiting room despite having an appointment, which is usual for doctors but annoying.

Bad attention, a test goes wrong and they tell you by message on WhatsApp, and they tell you what medication to take without any explanation of why, it seems to me that there is a better way to say things. Zero in treatment, zero in empathy and very little communication between them. Fatal! I will not return nor do I recommend it, thank God after two months with my heart in my mouth because of his ways, all the tests have gone well, but the reports are terrible. Then they ask for your forgiveness and apologies but it would be a good idea to not treat people who go to a doctor like this! It's not a pleasure, it's a right! A zero what was said

Of the 3 visits we have made, the minimum wait has been 1 hour. Very bad attention. Getting a new appointment is always a problem, 3 contacts until we get a new appointment.

I have been going with the professionals at the Gidona center for many years. All the members of the team have always treated me very well and with great rigor. When I have an emergency they always do what they can to have a professional visit me as soon as possible, solving each and every one of the difficulties. Center in constant evolution and training.
